About Brenton
Brenton Smith founded Brenton in 1987 in Carols, MN with himself as the only employee. Initially he had an idea for a new product, a cable-car lift for the steep banks of the lakeshore. Not longer after, Smith was asked to manufacture a custom packaging machine. Orders for specialty machines continued to come in, thus setting the tone for the company's future.
