XCP Series Continuous Motion Case Packer

XCP series case packers represent Brenton’s next generation of machines. With a more modern aesthetic, the machine design has taken into account everyday use and interaction to make it easy to troubleshoot, easy to access and easy to operate. Operators can access all critical areas of the machine and be within 6” of the corrugate case blank at all operator side entry points

The XCP can run wrap around cases and trays up to 70* cases per minute utilizing continuous motion. Designed to pack products like bottles, jars, canisters and cups, the XCP continuously loads directly into wrap around cases. Corrugate case blanks are loaded horizontally into the machine in flat stacks at ground level, making it easier for the operators to load.

Brenton’s XCP is designed to achieve consistent, repeatable changeover including easy access to all critical areas of operation which decreases overall changeover downtime. Brenton also offers optional changeover assist screens at the points of change for additional operator assistance.

Conveyor feed case blank loading system accepts three 26” stacks of blanks at a time. Each stack is fed flat into the machine making it easier to load.
Incoming products are contained at the case transfer point instead of stopping at the sweep to reduce product jams.
