MP1000 Bulk Robotic Palletizer
The MP1000 Bulk Robotic Palletizer uses Brenton’s MasterPal technology to palletize full layers of product up to 500 pounds.
Its servo operated rotary end of arm tool uses a slatted apron system to support the full layer from underneath. This cradle and place motion gently moves and places each layer as one controlled unit for consistent layer formation and reliable product handling.
The MP1000 can palletize a wide range of bulk products, cases, trays, bundles, display packs, rigid containers and irregular shaped packs. It is built for manufacturers palletizing full product layers across food, beverage, consumer goods, industrial goods and other high volume packaging environments.
The slatted apron helps create tight layer grids and consistent pallet patterns across a range of package styles. The MP1000 can also be integrated into larger end of line systems for bulk product palletizing, tray palletizing, bundle palletizing and full layer robotic palletizing.
