L1000 Top Load Case Packer
Brenton’s L1000 case packer is a small footprint, advanced, top load case packer which provides customers with a versatile solution for packing a wide range of products. The L1000 successfully packs tubs, cartons, trays, bags, pouches, tubes, flow wraps and other flexible products into cases or trays depending on our customers’ needs. It can be configured for multiple packing patterns and for packing different products into the same case, such as a packaged tube and a related pouch.
This fully automatic solution runs unattended as a singular machine or integrated into a system. The L1000 can accommodate package sizes starting from 2"x 2" and a wide range of packaging case sizes. The Brenton L1000 incorporates a robotic loader arm into the case packer design reducing the overall parts requiring maintenance and providing customers greater flexibility including the packing of different products into the same case. The L1000 case packer is ideal for contract packagers, and the food/ beverage, pharmaceutical, personal goods industries.

M2000 Side Load Case Packer
The standard M2000 wrap around case packaging machine is rated up to 35 cases or trays per minute, handling wraparound cases, knockdown cases, and regular slotted cases (RSC).
XCP Series Continuous Motion Case Packer
XCP series case packers represent Brenton’s next generation of machines. Designed for ease of use, these case packing machines are easy to troubleshoot, access, and operate, with all critical areas accessible and operator-side entry points within 6” of the corrugate case blank.
