Brenton M2000 Case Packer - Pack Expo East

M2000 case packer for highest overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

The M2000 can form and pack up to 35 wrap-around, regular slotted cases or trays per minute. The M2000 features a 25 percent reduction in footprint compared to other mid-range case packers. This all servo machine quickly, accurately, and automatically fine tunes settings during changeover, while a verification system prevents errors as personnel install change parts. The touchscreen HMI provides the utmost in intuitive operation. The M2000 is based on Allen-Bradley control technology, so replacement parts are readily available, and the componentry is familiar to maintenance personnel. All of these features contribute to high uptime for optimum OEE.

Visitors to the booth can virtually interact with key systems on the M2000 and explore a complete end-of-line solution through the Brenton digital interactivity demonstration. “Customers tell us that our giant-monitor interactivity demo respects their time, answers their questions, and makes the machine memorable,” said Ryan Glenn, Vice President of Sales, Brenton.

A modular robotic palletizer that answers many needs

A second giant-monitor interactive demo features the Quest Boxed-Bot, the modular robotic palletizer that Brenton includes as an option in turn-key end-of-line systems. With a footprint less than 8 feet by 10 feet, the Boxed-Bot conserves floor space and lowers transportation costs because the system can be shipped in a standard-sized truck. Pallet building software quickly and easily enables operators to delineate pallet patterns and set box sizes. Ease of use supports operational flexibility. Boxed-Bot can be ordered on a skid, which reduces installation time. Skids can be easily moved as production needs change for optimum asset utilization.
