Brenton Takes The Line To PACK EXPO International 2026

Brenton will be exhibiting October 18 through 21 at McCormick Place in Chicago in Booth S 3758, where attendees can see two Brenton technologies operating together as one connected packaging line.
The demonstration will pair the M2000 Side Load Case Packer with the RL1000 Robotic Layer Palletizer, taking cases directly from packing through full layer palletizing.
It is an opportunity to see how Brenton approaches more than individual machines. The equipment can be engineered to work together as part of a complete end-of-line automation system.
Case Packing with the M2000
The M2000 Side Load Case Packer is Brenton's intermittent motion side load case packing platform, rated for speeds up to 35 cases or trays per minute.
Designed to handle wraparound cases, knockdown cases, regular slotted cases and trays, the M2000 provides flexibility for manufacturers across food, personal care, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and other packaged goods applications.
Features include digital position indicators that communicate machine positioning to the HMI, simplified wiring, a fixed height case magazine, open access for cleaning and maintenance, and Brenton's robotic setup arm to help simplify changeovers.

Full Layer Palletizing with the RL1000
From the M2000, finished cases will travel directly to the RL1000 Robotic Layer Palletizer.
The RL1000 is a modular robotic layer forming and palletizing solution capable of rates up to six layers per minute. It handles RSC, wraparound, lithographic, and display cases, trays and wrapped products.
Rather than relying on vacuum handling, the RL1000 supports complete layers from underneath during palletizing. The system can handle full layers weighing up to 600 pounds while helping maintain case and load integrity.
Eight standard layouts provide flexibility for different line configurations, including options for one or two sortation robots, sheet and dunnage handling, and varying levels of automation.
