Depalletizing Overview For Liquid Foods

Brenton's robotic depalletizing platform covers the full range of liquid food container handling, from single row unloading to full layer depalletizing, feeding empty bottles, jugs, jars, and rigid containers as well as cases and trays into the line. Vacuum grip end-of-arm tooling moves single or multiple rows at a time onto the discharge conveyor, while cradle-and-place layer technology depalletizes full layers at once, up to 500 lbs, without using a foam vacuum tool, removing the risk of contamination inside food safe containers. Systems can include pallet conveyors, stackers, and sheet racks for full automation of the depalletizing operation, and scale from a standalone robotic cell to a fully integrated line managed through a single HMI. Depalletizing Products

In today's manufacturing environment, manual depalletizing slows down the entire line and ties up labor that could be used elsewhere. Automating the depalletizing process pays off well beyond the initial investment. It reduces labor costs, minimizes product damage, and keeps upstream processes running at a consistent pace.
